[MIP6D-NG Support] installation help

hello Goodzi,
I tried patching kernel as per instructions given in the document.while
executing following lines:
make menuconfig
Following options are missing to enable in kernel configuration :
Networking support / Networking options
Transformation sub policy support ==>
y/m
Networking support / Networking options / The IPv6 protocol
IPv6: Mobility ==> y/m
IPv6: XFRM raw IPv6 tunnel ==> y/m
What can be the reason for this?
