[MIP6D-NG Support] error while running mobilenode conf file

hello,

I am getting following errors while executing mobile node configuration
file.I was successfully able to run home agent config file.

RTNETLINK answers: File exists
[ERR] 20151119 142552.313 |_env-40aba9b4| Unable to add state!
     [17] File exists
[ERR] 20151119 142552.314 |ctrl-c0b64eb7| Unable to create IP6IP6 XFRM
tunnel
     [0] Success

what can be the solution for this ??
