[MIP6D-NG Support] Error in execution

Hello,

I followed the installation instructions of mip6d-ng.For running HomeAgent
configuration file i wrote:

/home/mip6d-ng/bin -c /home/mip6d-ng/bin -m
/home/mip6d-ng/etc/mip6d-ng/modules

I get following error:

Unable to get HOA from Ctrl.

What can be reason of this? I am using Ubuntu 12.04.
