[MIP6D-NG Support] Mipv6 testbed

Hello,

I would like to set up a MIPv6 testbed using mip6d-ng. The HOW-TO page
http://www.mip6d-ng.net/documentation/howto/ very briefly describes how to
do so. Is there a detailed documentation for setting up a testbed in Ubuntu
since I am a very beginner to this.
