[MIP6D-NG Support] mip6d-ng installation

Dear All!

I am a linux beginner. I get the program and I would like to
use and test it as soon as possible.
Can anybody help me to insall it on Ubuntu?
Whar are the steps to be followed?
I have installed UMIP before so I have a 3.8.2 mobility-ready
kernel. Is mip6d-ng work with this kernel.
