[MIP6D-NG Support] mip6d-ng configure script: required packages

Dear Norbert,

Thanks for the update. I have updated the HOWTO page (http://www.mip6d-ng.net/documenation/howto/) with them.
I would like to inform you, that I have added a short paragraph about a few kernel modules which must be loaded BEFORE starting mip6d-ng.
