[MIP6D-NG Support] mip6d-ng compilation error

Hi Norbert,

You need to install the lib tool and the libltdl-dev packages.
I'm trying to keep the website instructions up-to-date, but please check the README file, and the build scripts in the source tree. They may contain more recent information.
