[MIP6D-NG Support] mip6d-ng Linux environment, custom kernel

Dear Developers,

I'd like to ask that is there any recommended Linux distribution for this tool (currently I'm using Ubuntu 10.04.4 LTS)? Also, the question is the same for the version of kernel. Additionally, for using mip6d-ng, is there any precondition of a custom made kernel like the original UMIP mip6d has (kernel options of mipv6, xfrm, etc...)? Thank You!
