[MIP6D-NG Support] Mip6d-ng console

Hi!

I am testing mip6d-ng now, but I can't use the console.
I think the problem is the address.
On HA I tried the ::1, HA's address. On MN I tried ::1 CoA.
Sometimes  I get this response: ERROR: No answer(-11)

I try this form on HA:
mip6d-ng-console -a ADDRESS -p 1234 get-bc

What is the correct usage?
What is the correct address?
