[MIP6D-NG Support] documentation update

Dear All,

I have uploaded the updated documentation. It is available here:

It is the Doxygen-generated documentation of the source code, with some informational pages. Maybe the most important page is the "Dependencies of mip6d-ng modules" which may be quite useful for configuration:

I'll come back at the end of this week with more doc updates. The next step will be the homepage, especially the HOWTO parts of it.
